PepsiCo’s Global Commercial Capabilities function is made up of three core teams, each with specific training requirements and learning levels. The client team came to us with the challenge to create a centralized platform for all learning and training materials. Something that had previously been non-existent.
We proposed utilizing SharePoint, a business-wide application and developed an interactive Learning Catalogue and Training Profile Finder.
The profile finder helps those who are new to the business or to their role, directing them to their recommended training profile, learning plan, and team-specific profile to Level Up their learning and help them become stronger commercial leaders.
